How do I join?

Please have your application forms completed before joining the group.

When sending your join request please just state your characters name and link to the application! All of the information you want us to know about your OC should either be on the app or in the description! Feel free to add extra sections in the description if you feel we're missing anything! (Birthday, weight, etc.)

If you would like to before you join; you can send in an app check and the moderators will check it out, this will save you having to send another join request if we have a problem with the app!

If you have it completed please say so when you join and we will review your application as soon as possible. Everyone is free to watch AYS, but in order to join, you must fill out and submit an application.

Before creating a character, please read up on our rules in our journals, thank you.
Please make sure you have every section filled out if you wish to join AYS as a writer rather than artist;

Application Requirements:

- Your OC must be between the ages of 14 to 30 in order to apply.

- We will only be allowing 15 hosts per sector. So first in first served, please check the front page and our Bank journal for available spots.

- It is limited to TWO OCs per deviant, one male and one female. However they cannot be in the same sector. Also, please only introduce a second character after you have already joined the group. Make sure to send the character in a note to us before posting; so that we can review it in the same way we would when joining.

- You need to draw your OC in uniform for the application. Uniform references are in the Resources section of our gallery.

- Your host can have animal traits such as ears/tail etc. However, they can not possess superhuman abilities. This applies to customers as well, AYS is not a supernatural group.

- For Headmasters: Only one Male and one Female headmaster per sector.

Use the following criteria to select your sector and make sure to reference it in your application form.

Ruby - Intellectual

This sector is the smartest of the bunch, they use their wit and knowledge to appease their customers by any means possible.

Emerald - Gardening

The Emerald group are the green thumbs of the Hosts, Gardening is their one true passion, next to Hosting of course...just don't get them started on planting in saturated soil.

Sapphire - Friendly/Compassionate

Sapphire is the place for the caring and compassionate ones. These people genuinely care about Hosting and making people happy whether that be in work time, or in their own.

Amethyst - Homemakers

Cooking, cleaning, sewing and home decor; Amethyst know it all. Their passion is creating homes and taking care of others.

Onyx - Charmers

Onyx are the charmers. This is the go to group if you want to meet warm, delightful and charming people who are genuinely interested in you and what you have to say.

Citrine: - Creative

Citrine focuses on tapping into your character's creative side. Whether your creative side is painting, taking photos, singing, making films or writing; they have a place for everyone.

Pearl - Fashion

Want to talk about fashion and all things stylish? Pearl specialise in being the sector who will tell you what and what not to wear. The members of Pearl will take time out of any day to make you feel wonderful in your own skin.
